Sage was formed out of a desire to leverage the best of what is happening out on Taos Mesa. Our vision of the future is small, quality homes on large lots, with amazing views.

Our leadership includes David Mitchell who has been building homes on the Mesa since 2007. Over 15 years David developed 50 lots and 25 homes in the immediate area. He made a name for himself by offering quality homes at an affordable price.

Also on the team are Aaron and Emily Siemers. Aaron and Emily worked on and off with David on his Taos projects, and in 2021 they decided to jump in full time. Prior to taking the plunge in Taos, Aaron worked full time as a Geologist and Emily as a Consultant in the mortgage servicing industry.
